We collect information about you when :

Use of personal data collected
Media
If you upload images to the site, we advise you to avoid uploading images containing EXIF data of GPS coordinates. Visitors to the site may download and extract location data from these images.
Contact forms
The information collected on our contact forms (surname, first name, e-mail address, telephone number, IP address, your message, or other sensitive information delivered in complete confidentiality) is recorded in a computerized file by SASU CANIDEFIT in order to respond to your request for information. By submitting this form, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the specific purpose of your request for information and the ensuing commercial relationship.
Order from the online store
The information collected on our contact forms (surname, first name, e-mail address, telephone number, postal address, building access codes, IP address, delivery preferences, bank details for payment, or third-party payment services such as Paypal, Stripe, etc.) is recorded in a computer file by SASU CANIDEFIT for the purpose of processing your order. By validating your order, you agree that we may collect and process your data for the specific purpose of processing your order and the commercial relationship that may result from it.
Cookies and consent collection
If you leave a comment on our site, you will be asked to save your name, e-mail address and site in cookies. This is only for your convenience, so that you don’t have to enter this information if you leave another comment later. These cookies expire after one year.
If you go to the login page, a temporary cookie will be created to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. It contains no personal data and will be deleted automatically when you close your browser.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This makes it possible to automatically recognize and approve subsequent comments, rather than leaving them in the moderation queue.
For accounts that register on our site (where applicable), we also store the personal data indicated in their profile. All accounts can view, modify or delete their personal information at any time (with the exception of their login). Site managers can also view and modify this information.
The rights you have over your data
